Packing, moving and unpacking
Commonly known as pack-outs. We help you pick and pack your most personal, necessary, wanted and commonly used items for your new place; less is more in consideration of downsizing. Through our reputable mover network we acquire bids, then schedule and coordinate your packed items and furniture to reach their final destination. Once your personal property arrives, we unpack and stage furniture into your preferred locations, and can go as far as hanging art and stocking the pantry so your new place feels like home.
Estate sale and liquidation
For all of the items you no longer need or want, we sell via an in-house estate sale, or have the items picked up for an online auction if you have urgency in prepping the home for sale. See our online estate sales for what is selling now.
Storage
We can give opinions on what fits comfortably and how to efficiently use the space in your new place, but customers often decide to hold and store the excess. Any personal property that might not fit in your new home can be relocated to the storage unit of your choice.
Clean-out and detailing
Any items left in the home that will not sell can be tossed or donated in our clean-out and detailing process. Most of the time these items are considered junk and might require a dumpster for haul-away. After the house is empty, we give it a deep cleaning so it is presentable for future buyers or tenants.
Community location services
Depending on your needs, we can refer you to a director of a community in your desired search area. They can accurately discuss floor plans, pricing, amenities, on-site services and any other questions you may have, to qualify them as a good fit for your future needs.
Repairs and sale preparation
The assessment of desired repairs is determined once the house has been emptied. Most common repairs are minor: paint, flooring, fixtures and the small items that make a home show well. We coordinate the work with our trusted partners so the house is ready for market.
