Each Estate Transition Agency online estate sale is conducted under the terms published with that sale. By registering to bid you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.
Bidding
- Items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Photographs and descriptions are a guide; preview times are announced with each sale.
- Buyer’s premium, sales tax and payment terms are stated with each sale. Invoices are due when the sale closes.
Pick-up
- Pick-up is at the sale location during the announced hours; bring help and packing materials for large items. Items not collected by the deadline are forfeited.
